Refund policy & cancellation

  1. At Pollenminds.com, we are committed to delivering high-quality psychometric assessments and counselling services designed to provide accurate insights and meaningful guidance. As these services involve digital products, personalized assessments, and professional counselling sessions, we follow a No Refund Policy.

 

Online Assessments

  1. Once a psychometric assessment has been purchased and access provided, no refunds will be issued.

  2. This is because the access codes, assessment reports, and analytics are generated instantly and cannot be reused or resold.

 

Counselling Sessions

​

  1. Payments made towards counselling sessions (career guidance, academic counselling, or personality development) are non-refundable.

  2. If a student is unable to attend a scheduled session, we allow one-time rescheduling with a minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice.

  3. Failure to notify within the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Technical Issues

 

In case of any technical issues (such as non-receipt of assessment login or report), we will ensure prompt resolution, including re-sharing access links or regenerating the report.

  1. Such cases do not qualify for a refund but will be addressed immediately by our support team.
