Shipping & Delivery Policy

  1. Digital Delivery Only

    • Pollenminds.com does not ship any physical products.

    • All assessments, reports, and counselling services are delivered digitally via our secure platform, email, or scheduled online sessions.

  2. Assessment Reports

    • Once payment is confirmed, students/clients receive login credentials or access links within 24 hours or as per discussion with the client.

    • Assessment reports are generated instantly or within 48 hours, depending on the type of test.

  3. Counselling Sessions

    • Counselling sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability.

    • Clients receive confirmation details and a meeting link via email/WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the session in most cases.

  4. Delivery Issues

    • If a client does not receive access credentials, reports, or session details within the promised timeline, they are encouraged to contact support@pollenminds.com for resolution.

    • Any technical issues (e.g., inability to access reports or join sessions) will be resolved within 2 business days.

  5. No Physical Shipping

    • As all services are digital, there are no shipping charges, delivery delays, or logistics tracking requirements.
