Once payment is confirmed, students/clients receive login credentials or access links within 24 hours or as per discussion with the client.

Assessment reports are generated instantly or within 48 hours, depending on the type of test.

Counselling Sessions

Counselling sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability.

Clients receive confirmation details and a meeting link via email/WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the session in most cases.

If a client does not receive access credentials, reports, or session details within the promised timeline, they are encouraged to contact support@pollenminds.com for resolution.

Any technical issues (e.g., inability to access reports or join sessions) will be resolved within 2 business days.
